Exploration
After our firm rebranded in March 2023, our Creative Services team inherited some standard deliverables to move things forward in rebranding efforts. As the months went on and pieces were rebranded, it was evident there was a need to explore alternate design considerations while working within the new corporate brand guidelines. I tasked a fellow designer and myself with this new initiative for our South Central region.
The examples shown reflect my exploration. It began with researching motion blur photography for transportation imagery (highway, bus rapid transit, bike, and pedestrian), investigating duotone colors for visual interest, and packaging everything with clean design to meet STV brand standards. The results generated a series of templates for both portrait and landscape usage, utilizing three colorized treatments, and providing visual impact.
