
Creative Hub
After our firm reorganized into four regions, I took on the responsibilities of getting Creative Services and Marketing teams in sync within our large South/Central region. Assessment, planning, and development of internal deliverables were quickly set in motion to handle asset management, best practices, corporate communication, and onboarding/training resources.
With resources scattered among corporate platforms (internet and intranet) and local platforms (servers and directories), the goal was to develop content via ePublication, collect URLs where applicable, establish a central hub via SharePoint, and offer accessibility via Microsoft Teams.
The examples shown are the South/Central Region's Creative Hub, presenting the creative team with access to scheduling, asset resources, iconography and graphics library references, production resources, best practices, and company policies.
