Creative Hub

 

After our firm reorganized into four regions, I took on the responsibilities of getting Creative Services and Marketing teams in sync within our large South Central (SoC) region. Assessment, planning, and development of internal deliverables were quickly set in motion to handle asset management, best practices, corporate communication, and onboarding/training resources.

With resources scattered among corporate platforms (internet and intranet) and local platforms (servers and directories), the goal was to develop content via ePublication, collect URLs where applicable, establish a central hub via SharePoint, and offer accessibility via Microsoft Teams.

The examples shown are the South Central Region's Creative Hub, presenting the creative team with access to scheduling, asset resources, iconography and graphics library references, production resources, best practices, and company policies.
